1-Piece Implants
Since there is limited vertical and horizontal (buccopalatal) space at H, it appears that 1-piece implant may offer simple treatment to avoid angled abutment (Fig.1). Because of the thin concave buccal plate over the narrow implant (Fig.2,3,4 *), a remote incision will be made immediately post implantation (Fig.5 red line). After subperiosteal dissection, bone graft will be deposited to avoid implant thread exposure and restore the canine prominence (Fig.6,7). Prepare PRF for sticky bone. Take preop photo to show buccal apical concavity.
