In fact the implant fractures when the loose crown is removed with forceps; there is bone loss at #10. Bone graft will be placed at #10 with sticky bone, while the implant at #9 is redo. Withdraw a little from PRF supernatant for sticky bone, since the bony defect at #9 and 10 is not too large. Punch 2 small holes in the membrane plus a cut at #10 before placing it in the neck of the implants.
