After extraction, osteotomy (Fig.3 (depth of osteotomy 18 mm (gingival level)) and dummy implant (3.8x15 mm) try in (Fig.4 (20 mm)(red dashed line: remaining osteotomy)), a definitive implant (3.8x15 mm) is placed with 40 Ncm (Fig.7).  Before and after placement of a 4.5x5(4) mm abutment, Vera Graft is packed (*).
