Guided Surgery for #9?

A 42-year-old man, healthy, has chronic periodontitis and bruxism (Fig.1).  He is wearing a flipper for #3 and 9.  Last September a 6.5x11 mm implant was placed at #14 with sinus lift (Fig.2).  The patient is interested in the idea of guided surgery.
