To reduce it, the mesial crest will be trimmed by using 6 mm profile drill after placement of a 3.5x13 mm FC implant (low bone density) and a narrow temporary abutment is going to be used to squeeze the papilla coronally and mesially. In a coronal section, osteotomy will be initiated in the middle of the palatal slope of the socket (Fig.2). A 4 mm x15 degree ~3 mm cuff angled abutment may be used before impression.
