Intraop PA at #19

Hello Dr. Wei,
Surgical guide has been mailed out today, therefore it will get there by Sep 7.
Attached. You may find surgical reports of F Mah.
I have put 2 sets of surgical guides. Ones that I wrote as mounted are the ones fit on the mounted model with diagnostic wax up.
The first poured original models are indicated as patient name only. Try both and let me know how it went.
When is the best time to take PA for #19 osteotomy?  2.2x7.3 mm drill or 4.5x7.3 mm implant?  Can we take PA with the guide in place?  Thanks.
You do not have to worry during the osteotomy. I have kept the safety zone of 2mm at the apex. Only thing for the PA would be while placing implant with fixture driver. Remove the surgical guide and take PA when the bottom of first black line has met the metal sleeve top and when you think there's enough room to place implant little deeper based on the PA, you can rotate the fixture driver more to place deeply just little like 0.5mm (at the middle of first black line).
