After 4.5x11.5 mm drill (10.5 mm offset) and 5.0 mm tap with guide at #14, the depth of the gingiva is measured 3 mm.  A 5.5x9(3) mm Magicore cannot enter the green sleeve and is placed free hand (Fig.1).  The margin is slight subgingival mesiodistal.
