The guide allows the implant to be placed lingual because of buccal concavity (Fig.4), but the coronal end of the solid abutment in the center for restoration (Fig.5 A).  The crown is seated partially on the Magicore (M).  There will be less chance of abutment loosening.  Temp bond is used because of the long abutment.  There is distal open margin at #13.
