植体松动

91岁男，刚诊断骨质疏松，准备服用骨质疏松药物Fosamax 70mg 每周一次。主诉左上植牙松动（图一），容易取出，颊侧骨板缺失，上颌窦底板好像完整，清创后，填入皮质骨粉（图二），GEM Cap，牙周胶水，牙周敷料。The buccal plate was present 1 year 4 months earlier (Fig.3).  SM implants appear to have rapid bone loss associated with poor bone quality and bruxism.
