Later a healing screw is placed (Fig.3 *).  A healing cap will be placed ~ 1 month prior to impression.  There is no bone loss 5.5 months postop (Fig.4). A permanent crown is temporarily cemented 6 months postop (to rule out food impaction) and permanently re-cemented 7 months postop (Fig.5,6 to detect residual cement).
