Measure 7.3 mm long guide drill against Sinus Approach Drill. If the sinus floor is not perforated after 4.0x7.3 mm guide drill, use 2.2x8.5 mm one with caution (counterclockwise as a Versah bur). Prepare water lifter. Try NovaBone for lift. Use a condensor with stopper. Save autogenous bone for crestal bone graft (narrow ridge).
