Bone Seems to Not Form in the 1st Place

A 60-year-old woman has had an immediate implant placed at #15 with endo-perio disease.  The crown dislodges with abutment and implant mobility <4 years post cementation (Fig.1).  There is loss of the distopalatal walls post implant removal.  Sticky bone is placed post debridement (Fig.2: *).  After PRF and (difficult) PGA suturing, acrylic dressing is applied.
