With retention of the mesial (out of view; Fig.1) and distal (D) residual roots, the alveolar ridge at #15 does not look too narrow. With expulsion of the residual roots, the ridge is also expected to be narrow. CT is important for preop determination. Surgical guide is essential to placement in depth and buccopalatal position.
