Jennifer: Because of offset (3mm), the last drill for undersized drilling should be 11.5 or 10 mm?

Nope regular offset of 9mm was used for this case and doesn't matter the length of the bone trimmer, but in order not to perforate sinus membrane I made the sequence as one size shorter drilling sequence. As the additional tip end of drill is 1.2mm.
