To maximize hard tissue regeneration, GEM21S is used to hydrate ground cortical chips (particle size: 125μm – 850μm)) and cortical/cancellous allograft (.5-1 mm) for socket preservation (Fig.4,5 G) and sinus lift in the buccal socket (^).  Due to swollen soft tissue and overpacking, the bone height increases (Fig.5 arrow).  The socket opening is closed with GEM Cap and Perio Glue as well as perio dressing.  To have more sinus lift, the sinus membrane should be separated prior to grafting in increment.
