At the 2nd stage (Fig.4), use Magic drill with 2 mm stopper as a tissue punch.  Then with 3 mm stopper start osteotomy, followed by Magic lifter, PRF/bone graft and dummy implant or tap.  More bone graft and definitive IS implant (4.5x7.3 mm).  Use cortical taps if necessary.  Take 5x5 cm postop CT.  Progressive loading and impression 6-8 months postop are required because of the thin bone.
