Due to new coronal virus fear, the patient wants treatment soon. When he presents to clinic, he is expecting immediate implant, but there is not enough time for guide fabrication. Bone loss is severe. Qualified assistance is unavailable for free hand immediate implant. Therefore extraction with bone graft is conducted. The sinus floor perforates (*) apical to MB (Fig.6) and DB (Fig.7) roots. After debridement, sinus lift will be conducted using allograft hydrated with GEM21S liquid portion.
