Remove granulation tissue from the buccal fistula and from the socket.  Place a piece of PRF membrane externally (tunnel incision, Fig.4-6 red line) or internally (from the socket) before bone graft (before and after implant placement (Fig.5,6 yellow circles)).  Fig.5: #1: osteotomy after extraction; #2: placement of PRF membrane, followed by placement of small amount of bone graft (not to interfere with implant placement).  After implantation, large amount of allograft will be placed buccocoronally (Fig.6 yellow circles).
