Root canal therapy of the tooth #5 of a 84-year-old man failed due to the obliterated canal ~2 years earlier (Fig.1).  He requests extraction and implant (IS) to retain RPD.  PRF is prepared to repair the apical lesion.  Take photos of the latter before surgery.
