Bone Graft after Mesiodens Removal
The tooth #8 of a 44-year-old woman is rotated (Fig.1), which is related to a supernumerary tooth (Fig.1,2 S). In fact the root of #8 (Fig.3 R) is buccally displaced (arrow). After removal of the coronal portion of the extra tooth (Fig.4 yellow), the socket will be grafted with 3 D Bond (Fig.5 red circles) and allograft if there is space so that the root of #8 can be moved palatal (Fig.6 arrow) orthodontically.
