Since the sinus floor is relatively flat at #4, Magic Lifter will be used with guide in place (Fig.2), whereas the one at #12 is oblique, the Lifter will be free hand, perpendicular to the sinus floor initially (Fig.3). Take PA after PRF membrane and bone graft, before implant placement.
