The tooth #11 has mobility, while the socket of #13 heals and the tooth #1 is stable and functional (Fig.1).  Two implants will be placed at #11 and 13 (Fig.3,4) with ball abutments (4 and 2 mm cuffs, respectively).  Since the bone density is low at #13, bone expanders will be used as well as for sinus lift (implant 4x10 mm instead, PRF).  Keep the tooth #11 as a denture one.  Soft reline will be used to hold the abutments.
