The second advantage of immediate implant at #4 is that there is wider bone buccal and palatal (Fig.1, as compared to delayed one at #13 (Fig.2)). The diameter of these 2 implants is the same (3.5 mm). It would be better to use a smaller implant at #13, as planned. It will be sad to have periimplantitis in the future.
