There is more bone buccal (B) and palatal to the immediate implant at #4  (Fig.1, as compared to delayed one at #13 (Fig.2 (<: coronal end of the fixture))).  It would be better to use a smaller and longer implant at #13, as planned.  Or the implant is placed more buccal.  There seems to be more bone buccal and palatal when the implant placed at #14 is 4.5 mm instead of 5 mm in diameter (Fig.3).  *: bone graft.  Later a 4.5x4 mm healing abutment is placed at #13.
