Fig.9: To be consistent with drill sequence of the 3 implants, extract #4, debride the socket, but do not place gauze unless hemorrhage is uncontrollable. Then place guide for #13, 4 and 14 implant placement as shown next. Save autogenous bone. For #13, add 2.2x11.5 mm drill as the last one for depth. If the torque is still high, next will be 3x11.5 mm drill after removing the implant.
