Since the apex of the tooth #5 seems to tilt mesial, implants at #6 and 7 will be placed mesial intentionally with diameters of 3.5 and 3 mm (Fig.1-3).  After implant osteointegration, a 4-unit FPD will be fabricated between #7-10.
