There is anterior overjet (Fig.6 double arrows). The space between #4 and 6 (*) will be closed by a closed spring.   The latter is the first step to correct the upper midline deviation and the overjet.  The second step is to use posted wire to retract the upper incisors.  Placed are .016x.016" stainless steel wires.
