Fig.4 (immediately postop PA relative to #14 implant): The implant at the site of #13 (4x20 mm, which was placed 04/19/2013) has 0 degree post guide as a guide for placement of #14 implant (5x11 mm, placed on 10/11/2013).  The implant at the site of #15 (8x14, placed on 08/31/2012) has been restored with a provisional for the upper existing RPD.
