Fig.10': Bracket is placed at the provisional at the site of #10, 5 months post implantation, 1 month post uncover. Diastemata are intentinonally created so that the tooth 9 and 11 may be moved gingivolingually and buccally, respectively.  The bracket at #11 should be moved gingivally.
