Bone-level Implant with Healing Cuff

A 4.5x14 mm bone-level implant is planned to be placed at the site of the tooth #30 for a 57-year-old Oriental female (Fig.1 (CT sagittal section), 2 (coronal).   A healing abutment will be installed immediately (Fig.1: 5 or 5.3 mm in diameter, 1 or 2 mm cuff, 4 mm length).

In fact, implantation is changed to from bone-level to tissue-level.
