When 2.0 mm pilot drill was placed at ~ 17 mm (Fig.2': P), it is not parallel to the long axis of the tooth #29.  Effort was exerted to place the next tapered drill (2.5x17 mm) in the right trajectory (Fig.2).  The black line indicates the length of the drill (17 mm).  Return to main text
