Fig.10 This photo is taken immediately after implant placement.  The incision was designed to have extra gingival tissue (G) after placement of implant.  Labially displaced implant (I) makes the situation worse.  On the other hand, there is deficient soft tissue palatally.  Collagen plug (P) is used to close the wound.
