Fig.2 Pre-op CBCT (sagittal section at the site of #7) shows the alveolus is atrophic, especially in the coronal end.  Treatment plan is to do bone expansion (starting as red line in Fig.1) and place 4x20 mm Tatum D implant (yellow box in Fig.3).  The labial plate is expected to move labially evenly as indicated by arrows.
