A 45-year-old man is a smoker (half pack a day). The teeth #18 and 19 have been extracted for long with supraeruption of #14 and 15 (Fig.1 arrows). Orthodontitc intrusion has been discussed without positive feedback prior to surgery. It is intended to bury these two implants as deep as possible.
