Fig.5: 5x14 mm and 6x14 mm gingiva-level implants (I) are placed.  A: abutment, which is placed to hold perio dressing in place.  Since the implant at the site of #18 is tilted lingually, the abutment is apparently too large, too close to the tongue.  It becomes loose easily postop with loss of lingual portion of perio dressing.  It is retightened once.  When it is loose 2nd time, the wound looks normal.  The abutment is removed.
