Since the UR 3 has drifted distally enough (4.5 months post bracketing, 16x16 ss wires just changed to), no distal retraction is necessary.
Once the UL 3 is distalized, U1,2s will be retracted together using a posted wire. When the normal anterior overjet is achieved, U1-3s will be used an anchorage (figure-8 thin wire) to retract U5 mesially. Last U1-3,5s will be an anchorage for U6 mesialization. Inter-arch retraction may be necessary and supplementary (between U3 and L3).
