Long Canal

A 57-year-old man has multiple restoration. There was a fistula mesiobuccal to #11 a year ago (Fig.1,2).  There is acute apical infection lately.  The pulp is non-vital.  Apex locator is sensitive.  Two PAs are taken with #15 file at 29 mm and 33 mm (Fig.3,4).  The canal is debrided until #40 hand file.  The master cone with length of 28 mm is inserted below the landmark (Fig.5).  Panoramic X-ray is taken for final confirmation (Fig.6).
