Implants with Sinus Lift in Crestal Approach
A 48-year-old lady has 4 missing teeth: #3, 14, 15 and 31. The sinus floor at #3 is thinner than that at #14 and 15. Sinus lift will be tried on the left side first. Bone height at #14 and 15 is 3 and 4.5 mm, respectively (Fig.1 (CBCT sagittal section). Initial osteotomy depth will be 2 and 4 mm, while final one 4 and 6 mm. The length of UF implants will 8.5 and 10 mm (Fig.2); the diameter will be 5.5 and <5.5 mm (Fig.3,4 (coronal sections)).
