Fig.3 (the first set of wax up; buccal view): Two implants are to be placed at the sites of the first molars (#3,30).  The tooth #28 is an implant-supported crown.  Once the implant at the site of #30 osteointegrates, brackcts/bands are placed in the lower arch first.  The tooth #29 is intruded using #28,30 implants as anchorages.

When the occlusal interference is removed (supraeruption of the tooth #29), the teeth #4-6 are to be moved distally using #3 implant as an anchorage to establish normal posterior interdigitation.  Finally the cross bite of the tooth #7 is corrected.
