Fig.3 (sagittal section of CBCT through the upper right canine and premolar region): The mesiodistal width of the root of the tooth #5 is 5.3 mm at the cervical level.  The length of the root is 12.1 mm.  The initial osteotomy depth could be 14 mm according to the longest implant available in the office where the surgery is to be performed.
