Fig.8: The flap surgery causes gingival recession of the first (#5) and second bicuspids 9 months post cementation of #5 (approximately 11 months post-implantation).  The papilla between 4 and 5 is particularly recessive and blunted probably due to the surgery. There is light stain interproximally (<), which the patient does not care about.
