Fig.2.  Left-sided upper first molar (M1), 2nd molar (M2) and lower 2nd molar (L).  Length 6.74 mm refers to the width of upper first molar, which is quite small as compared to 10.81 mm on the right side (normal side).  The decreased width of the first molar is most likely due to shifting (arrow) of the 2nd molar.  That is the upper 2nd molar is in front of the lower one (compare red lines).
