Immediately (Fig.5), 1 year 3 month (Fig.7), 4 years (Fig.9) and 6 years 3 months (Fig.10) post crown (C) placement. Bone remains stable around the implant (I: 3.5x11 mm). A: abutment (4x1.5 mm shouldered).  The implant is designed to be placed 3 mm subcrestal.
