Fig.4: The wax teeth (to replace the upper right lateral (#7) and central #(8) incisors) are longer than their counterparts (upper left central (#9) and lateral (#10) incisors).  It suggests that there is also vertical loss of bone and gums due to the missing teeth.  Wax up reveals possible final outcome of implant treatment.
