There is periapical radiolucency associated with #7-9 (Fig.2). The tooth #7 was tender immediately post trauma. Pulpal test showed no response (necrosis) from #7-9. Prior to treatment, the tooth #7 was asymptomatic.
RCT was initiated for #8,9 (Fig.3) CaOH paste (*) was placed after canal debridement. The paste prevents root resorption associated with trauma
