Veneer at the site of #9 is bonded (Fig.15). There is excess cement in the mesial margin of #9.
The gingival margin at the site of #8 and 9 is not even. In fact that of the lateral incisors should be lower than that of the centrals. All of these minor cosmetic issues are due to luxation (dislocation) of the centrals.
