Correction of Lower Tooth Supraeruption Part III

Fig. 4 was taken on Oct 29, 2013 when limited ortho was initiated with segmental wire as well as mini-implants.

Fig.7 was taken on Nov 26, 2013 before removal of power chains, alastiks and niti wire.  In fact the tooth #28 is lower than #29.  It appears that the power chains have played a bigger role in intrusion than the segmental arch wire.

What should we do now?
