The 3rd photo should be 45 or 90 degree for facial profile (Fig.3).  The right, but not left (Fig.3'), face should be the target, consistent with cephalometric X-ray.  Turn the face toward you when taking the lateral view so that more of the lips are shown, as it would be more important for the next photo.
