Non-Extraction Ortho

A 12-year-old man with acceptable facial contour (Fig.1-3) presents to office for orthodontic consultation for Class I malocclusion (Fig.4-5, in fact, mild Class II).  Arch wire sequence of the wide arch (Fig.6) may not protrude the anterior teeth too much to affect the facial profile (Fig.2-3).  Banding will include the lower 7s, since the latter are lingually inclined (Fig.7 arrows).
