The Rotation wedge was removed from UR1 one month post-banding & bracketing (Fig.1').  Power chain was placed between U1s to close the diastema and make room for UR2 to move labially.  In fact, the purposes have been achieved, 2 months post banding (Fig.1'').

UR1 rotation is indeed corrected or being corrected.  UR2 overjet is close to normal.  Arch wires are much straighter, especially between LL2 and 3.

If diastema shifts between UL1 and 2 next visit, consider power chains from UR1 to UL3.
